Function:

 

The Silver Refining Machine is designed to refine silver bars or old silver jewelry with a purity of more than 90% to achieve a purity level of 99.99% silver.

 

Working Principle:

 

The machine utilizes a four-round titanium basket system. The old 925 silver jewelry is placed in the baskets, and a 10% *** solution is added to the machine. During operation, the silver dissolves in the dilute *** solution. Through electrolysis, the silver in the solution is electrolytically reduced and adsorbed on the rotating cathode, resulting in silver with a purity of 9999.

 

The smallest machine can refine 10kg of silver within 24 hours. We can also customize larger machines according to your requirements.

 

Number of Potion Changes:

 

The number of times the potion needs to be changed depends on the purity and impurity content of the silver block. A silver potion with low silver content and high impurity content requires a potion change for each refining process. However, if the silver content is high and the silver block has few impurities, the potion can be reused several times, with the number of changes depending on the cleanliness of the potion.

 

Instructions:

 

1. Check the tightness of each screw position, the condition of the titanium basket bag, and ensure that the water inlet valve and water outlet valve are closed.


2. Mix water and *** in a 100:10 ratio to prepare a 10% dilute *** potion.


3. Evenly place the silver nuggets in the four titanium baskets and pour the 10% dilute *** potion over them. Ensure that the potion level is higher than the surface of the silver bars.


4. Turn on the power switch. The adjustable voltage CV of the device ranges from 5V to 8V. The current adjusts automatically with the increase in voltage and does not require manual adjustment. Click the electrolytic stirring switch to operate the device.
