Working Principle:

 

The silver refining machine operates by placing old 925 silver jewelry into four-round titanium baskets. A 10% *** solution is added to the machine. During operation, the silver dissolves in the dilute *** solution. Electrolysis then reduces the silver in the solution, causing it to be adsorbed on the rotating cathode. This process results in silver with a purity of 9999.

 

The smallest machine can refine 10kg of silver within 24 hours. We can also provide larger machines based on your requirements.

 

Number of Times to Change the Potion:

 

The number of times the potion needs to be changed depends on the purity of the silver block content. If the silver content is low and impurity content is high, the potion needs to be replaced after each refining. If the silver content is high and impurity content is low, the potion can be reused several times, with the number of changes depending on the cleanliness of the potion.

 

Using Instructions:

 

1. Check if all screw positions of the equipment are tightened, if the titanium basket bag is damaged, and if the water inlet valve and water outlet valve are closed.


2. Prepare a 10% dilute *** potion by strictly proportioning water and *** in a ratio of 100:10.


3. Place silver nuggets evenly in 4 titanium baskets and pour the 10% dilute *** potion into the baskets, ensuring the potion level is higher than the surface of the silver bars.


4. Turn on the power switch. The adjustable voltage CV of the device ranges from 5V to 8V. The current automatically adjusts with the increase in voltage and does not need manual adjustment. Click the electrolytic stirring switch to operate the device normally.
