Function: The Silver Refining Machine is designed for refining silver bars or old silver jewelry with a purity of more than 90% to 99.99% silver.

 

Working Principle: The machine utilizes four-round titanium baskets, into which the old 925 silver jewelry is placed. A 10% *** solution is added to the machine. During operation, the silver is dissolved in the dilute *** solution and then electrolytically reduced and adsorbed on the rotating cathode, resulting in silver with a purity of 9999.

 

Smallest Machine Capacity: The smallest machine can refine up to 10kg of silver within 24 hours. Customized machines with larger capacities can also be provided based on your requirements.

 

Number of Times to Change the Potion: The number of times the potion needs to be changed depends on the purity and cleanliness of the silver block content. If the silver content is low with high impurity content, the potion needs to be replaced after each refining process. However, if the silver content is high with few impurities, the potion can be reused several times, with the number of changes determined by the cleanliness of the potion.

 

Instructions for Use:

 

1. Check that all screw positions are tightened, the titanium basket bag is undamaged, and the water inlet and outlet valves are closed.


2. Prepare a 10% dilute *** potion by strictly proportioning water and *** in a ratio of 100:10.


3. Evenly place the silver nuggets in the 4 titanium baskets and pour the 10% dilute *** potion over them. Ensure that the potion level is higher than the surface of the silver bars.


4. Turn on the power switch. The adjustable voltage CV of the device ranges from 5V to 8V. The current adjusts automatically with the increase in voltage and does not require manual adjustment. Activate the electrolytic stirring switch for normal operation.
