The machine includes a jewelry polishing table-board (titanium), 2-3 optional electric furnaces, 2-3 customized beakers (made of German quartz with temperature difference resistance), 2-3 quartz artifact baskets, a ventilation hood exhaust pipe, a wash tank, a sedimentation tank, an emergency liquid storage tank, and an electrical control system. The overall size of the machine is only 2000 * 760 * 1830MM.

The machine is equipped with an electronic control system and can be operated with the push of a button. The artifact baskets have handles, making it easy to pick up and claim goods.

 

3. High Safety

 

a) Special Customized Beakers and Electric Furnace: The German quartz beakers are annealed at a high temperature of 1200 ºC, providing strong resistance to temperature difference. The infrared electric furnace comes with temperature control, and all wires are hidden to isolate them from the highly corrosive environment.
