Function: The silver refining machine is designed to refine silver bars or old silver jewelry with a purity of more than 90% to 99.99% silver.

 

Working Principle: The silver refining machine uses four-round titanium baskets to hold the old 925 silver jewelry. A 10% *** solution is added to the machine. During the process, the silver is dissolved in the dilute *** solution and then electrolytically reduced and adsorbed on the rotating cathode. This results in obtaining silver with a purity of 9999.

 

The smallest machine can refine 10kg of silver within 24 hours. We can also customize a larger machine according to your requirements.

 

Number of Potion Changes: The number of times the potion needs to be changed depends on the purity and impurity content of the silver block. If the silver content is low with high impurity content, the potion needs to be replaced once for each refining. However, if the silver content is high with few impurities, the potion can be reused several times, depending on its cleanliness.

 

Instructions:

 

1. Check whether all screw positions of the equipment are tightened, if the titanium basket bag is damaged, and if the water inlet valve and water outlet valve are closed.


2. Mix water and *** in a ratio of 100:10 to prepare a 10% dilute *** potion.


3. Evenly place silver nuggets in the four titanium baskets and pour the 10% dilute *** potion over them. The potion level should be higher than the surface of the silver bars.


4. Turn on the power switch. The adjustable voltage CV of the device is in the range of 5V-8V. The current is automatically adjusted with the increase of the voltage. Click the electrolytic stirring switch to operate the device normally.
